Yoga is a creative and energetic way to bring health and happiness back into your workspace! We can bring classes to you or you can hire Wellington Buddhist Centre's Meditation hall for your group.
Tai Chi brings peace and well-being to the body and mind. Being a gentle form of exercise it is ideal for groups with different levels of mobility and health.
Chair Yoga involves the range of yoga poses and movements from a traditional yoga class but expands that to include using a chair for balance, support and to extend poses.
Restorative Yoga uses meditation within the pose which is held for five minutes and is supported by blankets/bolsters and cushions for deep relaxation and release.
Dance Yoga uses flow and movement between poses and promotes joy, fun and laughter with dance moves from Ballet, Hip-Hop and African dance.
Our Instructor's rate is $35 per hour. We have both male and female instructors. We look forward to creating a health and well-being program for your organisation!
